Procedure

1. Mix all ingredient in Phase A

2. Mix all ingredient in Phase B

3. Add Phase B into Phase A under stirring with propeller, stir until homogenous

4. Mix all ingredient in Phase C

5. Mix all ingredient in Phase D

6. Add one by one ingredient in Phase E into Phase C under rotor stator, mix until homogenous

7. Add Phase D into Phase CE, mix with propeller until homogenous

8. Add one by one ingredient in Phase F into Phase CDE, mix until homogenous

9. Add slowly Phase AB into Phase CDE under stirring with propeller, stir until homogenous

Properties

Appearance: White liquid emulsion

Viscosity: 3000 – 4000 cps

Based on SPF calculation with DSM Sun Optimizer SPF 23, PA+++

Expected SPF 50, PA +++
