DESCRIPTION
Medium protection of UV light. Oil in water formula with combination of Heliofeel and Lecigel, made it stable light skin feel sunscreen.
PROCEDURE
1. Mix Water, Disodium EDTA, Niacinamide PC, Butylene Glycol in Phase A, mix until dissolved.
2. Heat to 70-75 ˚C
3. Add Lecigel while stirring, mix until homogenize
4. Mix Parsol MCX, Parsol EHS, Parsol 340, Crodamol AB, Crodamol GTCC heat to 70-75 ˚C, add Parsol Shield, stir until homogenize.
5. Add Heliofeel, heat, and stir until homogenize, add BHT stir until all dissolve
6. Add Phase B to Phase A under homogenizing with rotor-stator/turrax (high speed) then add KF-995, KF-96A-6cs, and Tocopheryl Acetate. Continue mix with a homogenizer for 3-5 minutes
7. Cool down to 40-45 ˚C, keep stirring with a propeller
8. Mix Phase C
9. Add Phase C to (Phase A + B), stirring until homogenize
10. Add one by one ingredient in Phase D, stirring until homogenize
