This toner essence provides intense hydration. Enriched with CERAMIDE LC S-20, a liquid crystal ceramide, that easy to dissolve in water and gives better protection to skin barrier

PROCEDURE

1. Prepare Phase A. Heat until 60 - 65˚C while stirring.

2. Sprinkle phase B into phase A under medium stirring until homogenous.

3. Cool down to 30 -35 ˚C.

4. Add phase C one by one, stir until homogenous.

5. Adjust pH with citric acid.
