DESCRIPTION
Cream with BIOPHILIC S as emulsifier, with lamellar network mimics the lipid structure of the stratum corneum for a perfect affinity, act as “second skin” and therefore helps to restore the cutaneous barrier of damage skin, it forms a restructuring film which reduce TEWL. Combine 4 moisturizer: BIO-SOD HA a sodium hyaluronate, AMISOL TRIO a moisturizer based on phospholipids and phytosterol, AMITOSE R a moisturizer and utilized good skin bacteria (S.epidermis) and HYDROSELLA a moisturizer from Hibiscus Sabdariffa Fruit Extract that has immediate and long lasting moisturizing effect. COMFREY LIQUID an extract that contain natural allantoin to calm irritated skin.
PROCEDURE
1. Mix all ingredient in Phase A then heating with temperature 70-75˚C.
2. Add ingredient in Phase B slowly under mixing, stir until homogenous (keep
temperature 70-75˚C).
3. Mix all ingredient in Phase C then heating with temperature 70-75˚C, stir until
homogenize.
4. Add Phase C to Phase (A+B) under mixing with propeller (medium speed) for 5
minutes.
5. Homogenize with homogenizer for 2-3 minutes.
6. Cool down to room temperature (30-35˚C) under stirring.
7. Add one by one ingredient Phase D to Phase (A+B+C), stir until homogenize.
8. Check pH, adjust with Triisopropanolamine until pH 5 – 5.5.
