DESCRIPTION
Mineral sun protection with Parsol TX. Oil in water formulation combine Biophilic H MB as emulsifier and Ecogel as thickener gives pleasant application, dry after feel (non-tacky, non-greasy). Enriched with Vitamins (Niacinamide and Panthenol) and Skin protection from Borealine Protect.
PROCEDURE
1. Mix Phase A (except Ecogel and Biophilic H MB), then heat to 70-75˚C
2. Add Ecogel to Phase A (temperature 70-75˚C), stir for 20 minutes with medium to high speed until all homogenize
3. Add Biophilic H MB, stir with medium to high speed until all pellets are melt
4. Mix Phase B then add to Phase A
5. Mix and grind Phase D
6. Mix Phase C (except Titanium Dioxide), add Phase D. Add slowly Titanium dioxide under homogenizer.
7. Add Phase (C+D) to Phase A under stirring with propeller (medium speed) for 5-8 minutes
8. Homogenize with homogenizer high speed (2500-2800 RPM) for 5 minutes
9. Cool down to 30-35 ˚C under stirring
10. Add Borealine Protect, stir until homogenize
