SUNSCREEN WO SHAKE SPF 50 PA ++++

DESCRIPTION

Shake type water in oil Sunscreen SPF 50 / PA++++, very light and non-sticky feel. Protect skin from UV light with comfort skin feel.

PROCEDURE

1. Mix Phase A

2. Mix Crodamol IPM and Parsol MCX, add Rheopearl KL2 then heat to 70-75˚C

3. Add Parsol Shield, Uvinul A Plus, and BHT one by one, stir until homogenous.

4. Cool down to 25-30˚C

5. Add Phase C, stir until homogenous

6. Mix Phase D

7. Add Phase (B+C) to Phase D, stir until homogenous

8. Add Phase E one by one, stir until homogenous

9. Add Phase F under homogenizer high shear, continue homogenizer for 5-10 minutes

10. Add Phase A slowly to Phase (B+C+D+E+F) under homogenizer high shear, continue to homogenize for 2 minutes

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Appearance: Light yellow liquid

Notes:

The bulk will separate in 24 Hours, it must be easy to disperse by light shake

Add Steel Ball into packaging is a must in Shake type
