PROCEDURE
1. Mix ingredient in Phase A except for Pemulen TR-2 and Selvol Ultaflux FP
2. Add slowly Pemulen TR-2, stir until homogenous then heat phase A to 70-75˚C
3. Add Selvol Ultaflux FP, stir until homogenous
4. Mix ingredient in Phase B, then heat to 70-75˚C, stir until homogenous
5. Add one by one ingredient in Phase C to Phase B, stir until homogenous
6. Mix ingredient in Phase D
7. Add Phase (B+C) and Phase D to Phase A under homogenizer speed 2000 – 2500 for 2-3 minutes
8. Cool down to 30-35˚C under stirring.
9. Add one by one ingredient in Phase E, stir until homogenous
10. Adjust pH with Potassium Hydroxide if necessary to achieve pH 5.0 – 6.0
